winphp2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
To access the full features of the winphp2 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the winphp2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. winphp2 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. winphp2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify winphp2 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
winphp2 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
winphp2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. winphp2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. winphp2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
All transactions on the winphp2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winphp2 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
winphp2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winphp2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
winphp2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

You may close your winphp2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
winphp2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. winphp2 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact winphp2 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
